The Process
Construction projects small and large can be overwhelming with or without a previous experience as a customer. Below, our process is explained a bit to help take some guess work out of the equation for you. If you have any questions or would like to book a consultation please fell free to contact us.

01
Consultation
We have an initial meeting to discuss your project details and assess the site. Potential difficulties are discussed (if applicable). Measurements and pictures are taken to provide our initial estimate for your approval.
02
Proposal
This is where we present our final quote and any 3D drawings to help visualize the project and make sure all the details run parallel to your wants and needs. If any changes are required to the design, now is the time to make them. Once we're on the same page and the design is accepted we can move to the next step.

03
Pre Construction
At this stage we need to obtain any required drawings or permits related to the project. There may be some initial demo to investigate and assess potential obstacles hidden in the walls (as required). This is also the time to line up specific finish materials for the project as well as any required sub-contractors (electrical, plumbing, HVAC or gas).
04
Construction
We start with site prep (containment at the work site and floor protection leading to it) and get the appropriate equipment needed on site. Then this is where the fun begins! Building your dream home or tear out the old and bring you vision to life. Expect lots of updates throughout this step as communication becomes very important.

05
Project Completion
Once all the finish details are finalized and everything is cleaned up, you're free to enjoy your new home or renovated space. We make sure our customers are 100% happy with every aspect of the project before we call a project complete.
06
Post Construction
At this point the hard part is over. After final billing you enter into our warrantee phase and you can expect a 6 month follow up on all major construction projects. We like to make sure everything is holding up well and assess any issues that may have arisen.
